A label that avoids any media attention at all costs, having just released the incredible ‘Last Train to Lexington’ 12”, a piece of sound design based on DRKSRs short film scripts then given to collaborative partner ‘Transportation AAD’ (Boddika) for sonic interpretation. We are very pleased to present the original scripts that the tracks were based on,
a transmission straight from the Darkestral fax machine.

1年以上前から話題だったキラー・ダブが遂にリリース！ 現地では既に完売＆オークションで6000円超えの1枚が、ZEROにはスペシャル・エディションで入荷！ KahnとNeekのユニットGorgon Soundが1年半以上前に作ったダブ「Find Jah Way」は、Punch DrunkからリリースされたSuperisk「Find Your Way」をネタに、映画『Babylon』からのサンプルも混ぜつつのハード・ステッパーズ。裏面はDubkasmが、よりルーツ寄りにトリートメントしたヴァージョンで、こちらも素晴らしい仕上がり。Alex “Tape-Echo” Digardによるアートワークもナイスな、ヴァイナル・オンリーのリリース。

DJ DIEが構想／準備に4年をかけてスタートした新レーベルGutterFunk始動！ このレーベルは、ヒップホップ／エレクトロ／ダブステップといった“ベース変異体”をブリストルから発信していくそう。その記念すべき第1弾に抜擢されたのが、Henchからのリリースでお馴染みのMensahと、AspectsメンバーらとThe Black Spotsとしても活動し、Buggsyのアルバムにも参加していたDJ First AidとPulsar。アートワークはTape Echoでお馴染みのAlex Digard。Mensahによる1は、彼ならではのシンセも印象的なエレクトロ・ファンク。Dieがハマっている（というかルーツの）サウンドにバッチリとリンクする音ですね。2は、名付けるならエレクトロ・レゲエ?!とでもいうような、ディープ・ダブ。ラスタの語りを乗せて、 その下ではヒップホップのルーツを感じさせるダブ・サウンドを展開。ここからRhythm&Sound〜Burial Mix系のダブに持っていくのもアリだし、いろいろ威力を発揮する場所がありそう。どんな新しいサウンドを聴かせてくれるか、今後も楽しみなレーベルのスタートです！
